Governor Ron DeSantis Welcomes Free Speech Video Platform Rumble to Florida

Free speech streaming service Rumble announced on Tuesday that the company intends to invest tens of millions of dollars into a new company headquarters in Florida, and anticipates hiring dozens of employees for the venture.

Rumble’s new headquarters will be situated in the town of Longboat Key in Sarasota County. The company signed a lease for the property on Tuesday.

“Moving to Longboat Key is a win-win for Rumble and the Sarasota community,” said Rumble CEO Chris Pavlovski. “Sarasota County is growing rapidly, and we are excited to be part of the growth. We plan to fill 20-25 new positions in Florida immediately for our U.S. headquarters, with many more planned for the future. This move positions us to continue providing a platform to content creators without the threats from big tech monopolies. We are excited to invest in Florida in the coming years while we continue to grow Rumble.”

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis welcomed Rumble’s investment in Sarasota County and his state in a message embracing the company. Rumble’s founder is Canadian, and the move situates the business in the United States.
